Women’s Transformational Coaching

Welcome lovely lady! Before we meet I’d like to save us some time: please complete this survey to ensure we are both better prepared prior to our scheduled Strategy Session. Your input will help me gain a better understanding of what you require for what I consider to be the inaugural Australian Women’s Group Program, designed to enhance happiness and personal growth.

If your time is short please scoot to the bottom of the page and click on the blue ‘Start My Survey’ button. You can save your survey and come back to it at any time.

“When women rise, their communities and workplaces rise with them!’

A bit about me: Hi, my name is Flis (Felicity) Lawrence. In 2022 I was diagnosed with cancer and decided to focus on my health and stop working. During my recovery I stumbled across Dr Claire’s Women-Centered Coaching (WCC) model, became certified in 2023, and been coaching women in this unique process ever since. Women who have applied these practices have all experienced rapid and positive life changes. I’ve become increasingly excited about the possibility of women rising together and using these practices to create happier, more fulfilling lives and ultimately, create a better world. (Read my background here).

Why a GROUP program: My end goal is to co-create (with your input) a GROUP Women's Transformational Program for Australian women. To foster and grow communities of women from ALL backgrounds or ages or careers to foster vital and deeply satisfying lives and careers. To create safe spaces for women to share, explore and gently apply these unique women-centric practices, capabilities and support mechanisms. And to partner up and learn from each other’s stumbles and achievements without feeling like we need to compete.

I need your feedback and insights: With your assistance, this group program will illustrate what you WANT and NEED to make this program fun, enjoyable, create an authentic sense of community while fitting into your life. While simultaneously, rapidly igniting your skills and potential: for you, for your daughters and grand-daughters, and for each other.

My experience: I’m an organisational psychology consultant with experience in the armed forces and public service. The mixed methodology I apply incorporates my Behaviour Intervention Methodology informed from my PhD research, Dr Claire Zammit’s Women-Centered Coaching (Evolving Wisdom) and Root-Cause Therapy (The Center for Healing).

About the survey: I need your unique insights and experience to help me develop a GROUP transformational program that exactly fits your needs. WIthout your input I’m only guessing, so you need to tell me what you need and want. I also want this program to be developed by women, for women: this is really important for me as many programs and training I’ve experienced have been developed mainly for mixed genders or for men. And while that’s ok, I feel it’s time to develop a program that specifically aims to help Australian women from all ethnic backgrounds and ages so we can become more visible, firstly to OURSELVES, and then to others, in a way that’s safe and appropriate.

How to approach this survey: I invite you to step into a mindset of ‘playfulness’ as you respond to my survey questions. From personal experience I’ve found that playful energy helps us all to creatively and intuitively ‘land’ on ideas and solutions we’d otherwise struggle to reach. So, in completing my survey, I’d love to offer you the opportunity to actively bring the spirit of exploration, curiosity, and playfulness into this activity.

There’s no need for perfection: What I’ve also come to really love about this women’s transformational process is that it reduces the pressure to BE PERFECT ALL THE TIME! Being perfect is exhausting and completely unachievable. My view is, let’s focus instead on being brilliant and IMperfect instead.
